Having lost their ANZ marketing lead, Talend turned to Mountainview Creative to provide a comprehensive review of their FY21Q1 strategy and deliver the resulting recommendations while they focused on recruiting for the newest member of their team.

Kicking off the project we ran a series of quick start discovery sessions with functional leaders right across the local and corporate business. These delivered key insights into the end to end lead gen process from campaign launch through to lead qualification.

We were able to identify some key disconnects in the follow up process building out a more detailed follow up via event specific SDR sequences and SDR training.
